This link only includes a report id — it is missing the secure access part. The browser cannot unlock the full analysis without that token.
Go back to Telegram, open the same project card, and tap Full Analysis again so the bot sends a complete URL. If it still opens without access=..., the bot host must set REPORT_LINK_SECRET (same value as on the website). See website/.env.example.
